Delhi tops the list of cities, it is Malappuram that has witnessed the highest annual growth in the number of Seeker households between 2015-16 to 2020-21 (8.1 percent), followed by Kozhikode (6.7 percent), Thrissur (6.2 percent), Raipur (5.9 percent), Surat (5.8 percent), and Thiruvananthapuram (5.5 percent). Delhi, not surprisingly, is at the bottom of the heap, with an annual increase of just 1 percent during this period.
